The Cast of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest:

RICHARD HERSLEY Chief Bromden    From Winnipeg, MB, Richard Hersley made his acting debut at the age of 11 in  Santa Comes to Town  (playing Santa) in 1969. Much later he took on several roles on the stage and screen. He has studied extensively in acting, movement, voice and literature. He is a graduate of the 4-year professional theatre program at the University of Winnipeg. He is also a professional television producer/director and writer and has hosted and done voice-overs for many television productions.

JORDON STRUDWICK Aide Williams     One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest  represents Jordon’s first steps into scripted performances. Jordon is an improvisor who has been improvising for 6 years. Jordon was introduced into improv theater with Second Storey Theatre in Port Coquitlam where he was directed and instructed by Graham Myers. There he learned the workings of improv and performed in countless unforgettable shows with many highly skilled improvisors. Jordon also works with and performs with other Improv groups such as The Radicals, directed by Gregory Milne and On a Break, directed by Julia Austine. As for scripted theatre, Jordon has and is involved with set construction and volunteering with Vagabond Player’s as well as the set design, construction and the administrative side of Alchemy Theatre.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest represents Jordon’s first steps into scripted performances. Jordon is an improvisor who has been improvising for 6 years. JOHN COUSINS Dale Harding   John is very happy to be returning to Stage 43 once again. PASCAL BELANGER Cheswick    Pascal Belanger is thrilled to return to Stage 43 for their production of  One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. Pascal is enjoying the process of working with a great ensemble of characters and looks forward to performing again at the Evergreen this spring.

Pascal Belanger is thrilled to return to Stage 43 for their production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. CALEB BERG Ruckly    Caleb last appeared in Stage 43’s  M*A*S*H  earlier this season, after a 13-year hiatus from the theatre. He is thrilled to be involved with this production and has been heard to say that he identifies more with Ruckly than any other character he has played in the past. He would like to mention that he would be nothing without his beautiful, talented, incredibly intelligent wife (and stage manager) Michelle, and promises that next show, he’ll write his own darned bio!

CALEB BERG

Caleb last appeared in Stage 43’s M*A*S*H earlier this season, after a 13-year hiatus from the theatre. He is thrilled to be involved with this production and has been heard to say that he identifies more with Ruckly than any other character he has played in the past. He would like to mention that he would be nothing without his beautiful, talented, incredibly intelligent wife (and stage manager) Michelle, and promises that next show, he’ll write his own darned bio!

Since then she has trained with the Actor’s Foundry, starred in several independent short films and worked as a background performer in many film & tv productions including Hellcats, Untold Stories of the ER, Marley & Me 3 and The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn. After a few years’ hiatus to become an adult, building a career in Real Estate she is elated to find herself back home on the stage in this classic show.
