WHY SPONSOR STAGE43?
Stage 43 has been entertaining Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and surrounding area residents with live theatre for over 28 years.
The majority of our members and volunteers live in the tri-cities and Stage 43 spends $70,000 annually with local merchants.
Each season consists of three productions with eight performances each at the Evergreen Cultural Centre. Our audience of 3,000 is made up of local residents. We advertise extensively through direct mail, newspapers, posters, handbills, display booths and appearances at festivals and other community events.
Our web-site stage43.org attracts visitors who enjoy an entertaining evening out in the local community. All our performers, directors, back stage crew and executive are unpaid volunteers. Box office proceeds do not provide enough revenue to operate any theatre company. Theatre groups rely on sponsor and donor support to keep operating and maintain a high artistic level.
By giving to Stage 43, sponsors and donors directly support live theatre and aid our efforts in arts education, charities, and the local economy and make the tri-cities a more enjoyable place to live and play.
