Stage 43 has been entertaining Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and surrounding area residents with live theatre for more than 30 years.
94% of our members and volunteers live in the Tri-Cities and Stage 43 spends over $70,000.00 annually with local merchants.
Each season consists of three productions with eight performances each at the Evergreen Cultural Centre. Our audience of 3,000 is made up of local residents. We advertise extensively through direct mail, newspapers, posters, handbills, display booths and appearances at festivals and other community events. Our website www.stage43.org attracts patrons looking for an entertaining evening out in the local community. Our performers, directors, backstage crew and executive are community members and volunteers. Box Office proceeds do not provide enough revenue to operate any theatre company. Theatre groups rely on donor support and sponsorship to cover operating costs and to maintain a high artistic level. By giving to Stage 43 donors and sponsors directly support community theatre and aid our efforts in arts education making the Tri-Cities a more enjoyable place to live.
